Career Services offers summer learning opportunities to promote student career development. Our office provides extensive services to students across all academic disciplines, as well as lifetime resources to alumni. Career Services supports the objectives of the university and other departments/offices through educational programs and knowledge in the area of career development.
Volunteer and Community Engagement Opportunities
The Office of Student Engagement provides students with volunteer and community engagement opportunities. Our office develops in students an understanding and appreciation of self, others, and community by inspiring students to explore a life of active citizenship. Through our programs, services and the process of leadership development, students cultivate a personal philosophy to make a positive change within a group, community or global society.
The Center for Undergraduate Research & Creative Activities (CURCA) serves as a hub for undergraduate students interested in finding challenging research and creative opportunities that match their academic interests and career goals. We are open to students from all majors: from the sciences, to the social sciences, to the arts and humanities.
The Collegiate Science & Technology Entry Program (CSTEP)
CSTEP is a grant-funded program sponsored by the New York State Department of Education to support talented underrepresented students pursuing science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), licensed professions and health-related professions. CSTEP offers key preparation, resources and opportunities critical to student success.
